By

Tim Cook new CEO of Apple

Steve Jobs' announcing his third indefinite medical leave from Apple will leave Tim Cook to step in as the new CEO of Apple. If Steve Jobs' does not return from his medical leave this time it will leave Tim Cook to take over the company.

Tim Cook ran the companies supply chain operation but as Jobs leave the company again and his absences grow longer and more uncertain Cook will now become an public figure for not only the company but also for the community. Apple is no longer the computer company that it was in the past. Apple is now apart of everyone's life whether it be in the form of an iPad or an iTunes account a large population of the country use Apples' products and the boss of the company becomes a cultural icon. Look at all the hippes rocking turtlenecks if you don't believe me.Tim Cook who will be managing the affairs of Apple has not openly aknowledged his sexual orientation

Tim Cook who is known as a calm and collected person will find his story of his rise to power almost as intriguing to the rest of Silicon Valley as that of Mark Zukenberg without the need for needless filler content that was added to the making of the movie "The Social Network". Tim Cook's rise to power as one of the most powerful executives in Silicon Valley yet alone the most powerful gay executive in Silicon Valley by a mile is a testament to his work ethic and the fact that Steve Jobs surrounds himself by hardworking people regardless of their sexual orientation.
